Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Customers can book up to 60 days in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking (if you charge online). A confirmation email is sent immediately after booking. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Customers may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the lesson for a full refund or free reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, customers will receive a full refund or can choose a new appointment.
